Adam is a three-time finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year and named a “Top 25 HR Industry Game Changer” by Workforce magazine. Hireology has been recognized three times nationally as a “Top 50 Best Workplace” by Inc. Magazine, and named a “Top Company Culture” by Entrepreneur magazine, Crain’s Chicago Business and the Chicago Tribune. He’s an acknowledged expert on company culture, talent acquisition and the US labor market, and has given testimony before the U.S. House Small Business Committee.

He’s a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and received his MBA from DePaul University. Adam is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and YPO, and serves on the Board Advisors for the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center at DePaul University.
